New Year, New Chapter!

Hey, friends! It’s been a awhile since I’ve popped on here but it's been a whirlwind. The last four months showed up in style with a LOT on its plate—Hurricane Helene cleanup ,volunteering, and just taking a well-deserved breather to catch-up and feel normal again. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me during the Hurricane aftermath. I truly appreciate your healing words! Please continue to send prayers to our region and consider donating to some great organizations (see my last post). There are many people who still need help as the cleanup is coming along, but far from over. We are truly one of the lucky ones' who had minor tree damage from the storm and are grateful everyday for our good fortune.

But let me share a little slice of happiness: this is me and my four-legged sidekick, Ronnie, in front of our soon-to-be woodland home in Marshall, NC, about 20 minutes from Asheville, that we have been building for the past two years. My incredibly talented husband is building it from the ground up, and we are looking forward to moving in this month.

As we ease into the New Year, I’m beyond excited to jump back into the groove. I’ve got so much new work to share with you in the coming weeks including a gorgeous barn wedding near Charlotte and an adorable ten year anniversary shoot in the mountains.

So, here’s to fresh starts, new homes, and maybe one or two intentional social media breaks. Cheers to 2025—let’s make it the best yet!
