How you both met: We met many years ago during our senior year of high school, but did not start dating until several years ago.
Your proposal: With the help of our event planner and friend, Elise, Will rented out the DL loft and had it all decorated with candles and flowers-it was beautiful. He managed to trick me into going there so the proposal was a total surprise.
Style/Inspiration for your wedding: The Armour House is such a romantic, timeless venue, I really wanted to draw on that and make sure our wedding day details reflected the ambiance. I wanted an elegant evening and an amazing party for all our guests.
Details that mattered to you: Everything! Details were very important to me, especially the small details like the wax seals on our invites and escort cards, welcome sign and favors. I wanted to make sure everything flowed.
What you love about your dress: Everything! This was a very important wedding element for me. I love that my dress is feminine but also very attention grabbing and dramatic. It has alot of hand sewn work and a long train, which I love.
