Mini-Family Sessions!
All last year when we were dealing with the pandemic and quarantined, families and homes became ever more important. For me, documenting families all across Chicagoland was not only a way to get out of my home and start photographing again but also a way to create images of such a unique and historical time. And I had so much fun! I offered mini-sessions for my past clients and friends, and at times, we created a neighborhood, family mini-session event. I traveled all over the city, and as far as Hinsdale to photograph families. In and around their homes, porches, and favorite neighborhood spaces. Even though everyone was stuck at home, there was always a reason and a way to create memories. Thanks to all the families who hired me to document this time together and to get me outside again!
