Couple: Stephanie and Patrick
Venue: Chicago Room 1520 Wedding
Style/Inspiration: Urban glam

How you both met: Match.com, first date at Old Town Social.

Your proposal: On the way to zoolights at the pond in Lincoln Park on Dec 20th, the day before we left to go home separately for Christmas, we then met in Atlanta and then Detroit to celebrate with our families just after Christmas.

Style/Inspiration for your wedding: For our Chicago Room 1520 wedding we wanted an urban glam vibe with crisp white setting, candles, mercury glass, chandeliers, and classic cabernet/navy colored attire for the bridal party.

Details that mattered to you: Remaining traditional with the ceremony but bringing an updated urban style to the reception. Good/fun food, not a sit down dinner, dances people would enjoy, a great DJ with music people love to dance to and enough beer, wine and tequila to keep the party going! And donuts…donuts were really important to us!

What you love about your dress: The material feels so soft and smooth. I love the belt and the big poof at the bottom.
