Couple: Sabrina and Peter
Session Location: Garfield Park Conservatory Engagement
Style/Inspiration: Near to our Oak Park home and warm!
This Garfield Park Conservatory engagement session on a unseasonably warm Sunday in February, was a blast! Sabrina and Peter wanted to have their session close to their Oak Park home. And this venue was perfect for all of us. The Conservatory is chock full of beautiful and lush green scenery. Along with an airy and very cozy succulent cactus room, which is one of my favorites. The three of us had such a fun time going into each section and discovering new backdrops. Although the Conservatory was packed full of people enjoying the day, we still managed to find some quiet moments. Both Sabrina and Peter were so wonderful with each other, it made capturing those special moments effortless.
Afterwards, we headed outside from The Conservatory and took a few, quick shots underneath the green line L tracks. I have shot at the Garfield Park Conservatory for years’ and never noticed how gorgeous overhead tracks are right by the venue. We got lucky and were able to shoot in the middle of the street in between traffic stops. And the pics are some of my favorites of the day. Thanks to the couple for such an epic session. Looking forward to your wedding this summer!
